Building safer schools and stronger communities through empathy, education, and connection.
PEER Kindness is a Colorado nonprofit dedicated to bullying prevention, youth leadership development, and creating cultures of belonging where every young person feels safe, supported, and valued.
Prevention Starts With Connection
At PEER Kindness, we believe bullying prevention begins long before a hurtful comment is made or a child is excluded.
It starts by helping young people build empathy, emotional resilience, confidence, and healthy peer relationships – while equipping the adults around them with practical tools to support them.
Through education, leadership development, and community engagement, we partner with schools, families, and organizations to help create environments where students feel connected, respected, and seen.
Rather than reacting only after harm occurs, our work focuses on building stronger cultures of belonging from the start.

That’s the future PEER Kindness is working to build – one relationship, one classroom, and one community at a time.
