Executive Director
PEER Kindness is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization through its next chapter of growth.
This role will provide strategic leadership for the organization while overseeing fundraising, operations, community partnerships, and program growth. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders to strengthen PEER Kindness's impact locally while helping expand innovative initiatives such as the organization's emerging train-the-trainer certification program.
We're looking for a collaborative leader who can honor the heart of what has been built while helping position PEER Kindness for long-term sustainability and growth.
Location: Montrose, Colorado
Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000
