Director of Programs
PEER Kindness is seeking a compassionate, strategic Director of Programs to lead our bullying prevention, navigation, and youth leadership programs while helping expand our impact across Colorado through PEER Kindness Academy.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who cares deeply about young people and believes in the power of education, empathy, and belonging to create meaningful change. The Director of Programs will oversee and strengthen PEER Kindness’s core programming, support a small mission-driven team, build strong relationships with schools and community partners, and help guide the development and rollout of PEER Kindness Academy.
The ideal candidate brings experience in program management and youth-serving work, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and a desire to help create safer, kinder, and more connected communities for young people.
Location: Montrose, Colorado
Salary Range: $51,000–$60,000
